This word, in English, means a cantankerous (grumpy, bad-tempered) person. It can also mean a grouch, when used as a noun.

This phrase in English meaning grouch, then this same phrase in Spanish meaning fond of women, it's strange, 'cause in both are languages the meaning is distinct, then, How can I say the phrase Mujeriego in English.?

I agree with Poli. He gave you good words for mujeriego - un hombre dado a mujeres.

Here's the definition of cascarrabias from the DRAE:
Persona que fácilmente se enoja, riñe o demuestra enfado.

Idon't know the Mexican meaning, but in Spain "cascarrabias" has the meaning Rusty has showed (grumpy, cantakerous). A Scrooge who only says "Bah, humbug!"

Saludos

Look, Sosia in Mexico, the word cantakerous is used in a person womanizer, and the word grumpy here is Gruñon.

Here all the Mexican are grumpy for the type of life very moved.
