Volví a casa
Regresé a casa Me volví a casa Me regresé a casa "Me fui a mi casa" is not necessarily related to "return" "Me fui de vuelta a mi casa" could be a way to say "I returned home"

"Me fui a mi casa" is more focused on the fact that you left a place and went home from there, rather than on the fact that you came back home after visiting some other place.
