Interesting it still survives... I thought that initiative had already died away.
So let's throw away all our efforts in English/Spanish and better switch the next two years to the learning of Esperanto.

I don't understand anything.

It wants to say that the Spanish is illegal now into of the website or what?

Is that Esperanto?? if all Spanish material is going to be removed, will I get help?
