Grapadora

Me perdí criticar la palabra de ayer. En España decimos grapadora (stapler). Es la primera vez que oigo engrapadora. Ya que figura en los diccionarios, supongo que se usará en algún sitio de Latinoamérica.

Advertencia para anglos despistados: una grapa no es una uva.

Creo que había escuchado que se dice grapadora en España; gracias por confirmarlo. Sé que en México se usa engrapadora, no sé si en otros países de Latinoamérica. En todo caso son puras fallas conmigo ¿verdad? De aquí en adelante voy a consultar un diccionario antes de publicar la palabra del día.

Otra pregunta: ¿En España el verbo sería grapar o engrapar?

Ya lo sabía. La palabra despistado puede tener los dos sentidos y quería bromearle un poquito.


Se usa grapa, grapar, y grapadora en Centroamérica.

También en España usamos grapa, grapar y grapadora. David, no te preocupes en buscar palabras para todos los continentes. Además, si hubiera un argentino o un guineano por el foro tendríamos otro punto de vista. Está bien que cada cual aporte su granito de arena. Lo que sí haría yo es editar las definiciones con las conclusiones que vayan surgiendo. En fin, saludos desde el suroeste de Europa, donde ya anocheció hace rato...
