En España, la representación política es bicameral. Existe la cámara alta, el senado; y la cámara baja, el congreso. En EEUU es igual, por lo que sé. En Reino Unido también, pero distinto (y, además, conducen por la izquierda), pues hay cámara de los lores y la otra no recuerdo... ¿Y en México? ¿Y en otros países?

In the US you have the Senate and the House of Representatives (or just 'the House'). There are 2 Senators for each state, but there is a variable number of Representatives for each state in the House between 1 and 50+ Representatives, based on the population of the state. The Senate is the upper house and the House of Representatives the lower house in a bicameral legislature.

En México, El Congreso de la Unión está compuesto de El Senado (la cámara alta) y La Cámara de Diputados (la cámara baja).
