Llenar de Vs Llenar con

Llenar de Vs Llenar con

Can the preposition 'de' below be replaced with 'con'?

Mi casa está llena de cosas inútiles.
Mi casa siempre se llena de cosas inútiles.

Las ciudades están llenas de turistas.
Las ciudades siempre se llenas de turistas.
