¿Hacer el qué?


Nunca había oído esa expresión. Creo que aquí diríamos "hacerle al cuento" (fingir que se hace algo, pero en realidad no se hace nada).

Bueno, es una expresión bastante conocida en España, nuestra amiga Moliner lo define así: paripé (del caló «paruipén», cambio) m. Hacer el paripé. 1 Presumir. 2 Hacer melindres. 3 Mostrar cariño a una persona o tener atenciones con ella insinceramente. 4 Hacer algo para cubrir las apariencias. (Formalismo, simular.)
DRAE nos da:
paripé.
(Del caló paruipén, cambio, trueque).
1. m. coloq. Fingimiento, simulación o acto hipócrita.
hacer el ~.
1. loc. verb. coloq. Presumir, darse tono.
