Cuál es la flor típica del Día de los Muertos?

Cuál es la flor típica del Día de los Muertos?

En la siguiente frase "La flor típica de la fiesta del Día de los Muertos es la ___, que según los mexicanos provoca la alegría de los muertos.
Las opciones son: 1)caléndula 2)tulipán 3)margarita 4)manzanilla
La respuesta es caléndula, pero a través de internet, se dijo que deberia ser cempasuchi.Caléndula tambíen es usado en el Día de los Muertos?

Probablemente en otros países se use la caléndula, pero no es la misma flor que el cempazúchitl, que es la que usamos en México.

El crisantemo en España, hay de varios colores, la más común es la blanca. Hoy en día cualquier flor sirve.

Según wikipedia, "caléndula" (o "margarita") refiere a las especies del género "Calendula"; son nativas de la región mediterránea y el Asia Menor.

Cempazúchitl refiere a la especie "Tagetes erecta", que es nativa de México y Centroamérica.

Thanks you all for replying, so the phrase is misleading, since it said the typical flower for "el Día de los Muertos" in Mexico is "caléndula", which is not a true statement, it should be cempazúchitl. Besides, as wrholt said, it's native in Mediterranean and not Mexico.
