He was going 45 miles per hour in a 15 mile an hour school zone when the traffic cop spotted him.
Usually you don't say "por hora" because it's understood the people it's a speed limit. Or at least only one time. And usually you don't say "zona de escuela" and the limit at the same time, because one implies the other. You must add "de máximo" to use both.

She believes she can lose weight and still eat junk food if she works out at the gym four days a week.
Saludos

I think the "a" was added by accident and shouldn't be there.
la mandó por cerveza.
mando a su novia por cerveza.

Poli is short for policía, and is a good equivalent for cop.

For this sentence, I might have written:

sosia has a spectacular aura aboutsosia has a spectacular aura about
Poli:cops (shortened from Policía)
trincar: to catch, to tie. It's not used for spottig, but for catching. It means you have seen him, catch him and "laced" him. Also used for hunting.
"Lo trincaron cuando iba a robar la joyería" They catched him when he was going to rob the jewelry"

"mandar a por algo" I use it this way. So in you example:"El la mandó a por bebidas"
"aun comer" was good, I forget to mark it as
I used as other example "e incluso" to remark the "even"
saludos
