Métodos convencionales

Is there another way to express ‘métodos convencionales’ in Spanish?
The phrase is taken from the paragraph below:
“Según los cálculos, las ventajas de la nueva hamburguesa sobre la carne producida por los métodos convencionales son un argumento elocuente: menos gasto energético, menos emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y menos superficie cultivada.”

So far, I have:
• procedimienetos tradicionales
• maneras típicas
