Qué cara tienes tío

En español esta frase depende del contexto. Puede significar que tiene mala cara o que "le echa mucho morro".

Mostly used as " Que fresco eres" o " qué morro tienes"

Also look for descarado in the dictionary .

Que cara tienes = que descarado eres
