Question "A un hombre lo dejó una mujer."

Hola, I'm confused with this sentence. I cannot figure out which of the following translations is close:

-A woman left a man.
-A woman left him for a man.
-He left a woman to a man.
or any other meaning?

Sorry for my poor understanding of spanish, pls help me! Gracias!
