Cheese paws

Hi! I've been learning Spanish thru an audiocourse and Duolingo, and I watch Spanish-language TV when I can.

This is going to sound silly, but here goes:

On La Casa de Mickey Mouse, Goofy frequently says something that sounds like "Cheese Paws." Dictionaries have not helped me (because all I know is what it sounds like I'm hearing). When I speak it into the Google Translate app, it tells me "sparks" (chispas). That doesn't seem right, but is it? Maybe slang?

No other character says that but Goofy, at least that I've heard so far. Can anyone tell me what he's saying? (Or if it is indeed "sparks" - what does that mean?)

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can clear up the mystery.

'Chispas' literally means 'sparks', but is being used as a mild interjection that can be translated as 'darn', 'shoot', 'gosh', etc.
