As long as you give us the context, we can give you a proper answer.

Siempre que nos des un contexto, podemos darte una respuesta adecuada.

As long as you keep practicing, you'll learn.

En la medida en que sigas practicando, aprenderás.

Here is Oxford bilingual,
as long as, so long as (as conj) (for the period) mientras; (providing that) con tal de que (+ subj), siempre que (+ subj); I’ll remember it as o so long as I live lo recordaré mientras viva; as long as she was alive mientras vivió ella; for as long as I can remember desde que tengo memoria; you can go so o as long as you’re back by 12 puedes ir con tal de que or siempre que vuelvas antes de las 12

Puedes jugar con tus amigos con tal de que vuelvas [or regreses] para las 4.

Does anyone else have any doubts about this use of 'as long as'? Perhaps it's just me.

I have a list of doubts as long as my arm.

Edit: Just read the news item in El País about the new anti-smoking laws, with a subtitle:
Quote:
Fumar donde está prohibido se considera una falta leve, siempre que no se repita tres veces

Smoking where it is forbidden/not allowed it is considered a minor fault/infraction, as long as it isn't repeated 3 times.

Ah - OK, I didn't see the possible connection. The "I have a list of doubts as long as my arm." was an illustration of a use of 'as long as' in a manner nobody else has yet mentioned. I must stop trying to be amusing.
