You have to choose between "es" and "tengo" both verbs can't go together.
Try following the question structure to see which one you need.

In most of your answers, you provided a form of 'tener' instead of providing a possessive adjective.
The first question ends abruptly, where I suspect there should be a blank. You're expected to fill in the blank AND change any possessive adjectives along the way in your response. You correctly switched the possessive adjective 'tu' to 'mi', in front of 'papá' (note that special characters, like accented vowels, can be found in the 'Accents' drop-down menu; when typing, accent marks should be used, since there is a world of difference between 'papa' and 'papá'), but didn't provide the next possessive adjective in your response, in front of 'abuela'. Instead you wrote 'tengo' (which means 'I have'). What you should have written instead is the Spanish word for 'my'. Any questions, just ask! Don't use a form of tener anywhere. Number 3 is correct, except you're missing an accent mark in the first word of the question (the interrogative). Number 9 is correct, except you're missing accent marks. Number 10 is almost correct. You need to provide an article. Add periods to the end of your sentences. Last edited by Rusty; October 13, 2016 at 09:41 PM. |
