Deber estar vs deber ser

Angelica in the Spanish the sentence most La crema debe ser batida durante 10 minutos.
The cream most be whipped during the next 10 minutes.

The word most be write with the voice Ser.
I don't see more choices for that phrase.

It's the more common.

"La crema debe batirse..." is more common.
