I have to interpret for a meeting today and I will probably have to sight translate a severance letter.

I would like to do it smoothly, so I thought you guys could help out with that:

"You will receive # weeks of severance pay, which will be paid out during the normal payroll cycle."

"if rehired within a year of your termination date, your seniority will be reinstated."

"earned time off"

thanks for your help!

Marsopa

Usted recibirá # semanas de indemnización de cesantía, las cuales serán pagadas durante el ciclo normal de pago salarial.

Si es recontratado/a dentro de un año de la fecha de cesación, su antigüedad será reinstituida.

"tiempo de licencia acumulada/adquirida" or
"permiso con goce de sueldo acumulado"

Two question.

Seniority meaning antiguedad laboral

Rehired meaning contratado.

I appreciate your help.
