Highway/Roadway Guardrail

What is the word used in Mexico for a highway/roadway guardrail? Some of the dictionary entries I have found are:

Guardarraíl

Guardacarril

Barrera de Contención

Defensa Lateral

Barrandilla

Quitamiedos (on mountainous roads)

Muro de contención.
Even if it's all metal, like the one in the photo. We don't use any of the ones in the list. (At least I don't know anyone using them, maybe in other regions).

By the way, a "barandilla" (or "barandal") in Mexico, is the one a person holds on to when climbing stairs or a ramp.
