My neighbor pointed me out? My neighbor gave me up? My neighbor accused me? No estoy seguro.

"Poner el dedo" is an expression from Mexico, analogue to the slang verb "finger [the culprit]" meaning "denounce, inform on someone" or "tell on someone".

There are at least a dozen expression used regionally meaning the same. This one if from Mexico. In Buenos Aires we'd say "la vecina me botoneó", from "botón", one of many old slang variations for "cop" now used just to describe a "whistle-blower" or "informer".
