Let's meet at 6:00
I am curious as to what is common usage for saying this in Spanish. I'll be completely honest so don't make fun of me , but I always have said something like, "Vamos a juntar a las seis de la mañana." I feel like this is wrong cause I feel like that is saying, "Let's join at six in the morning." So, would it just be better to say, "Nos vemos a las seis de la mañana"? Also, my friend told me that the word "reunir" could be used. I know there are probably dozens of ok ways to say this, but I just want clarification that the way I've been saying it is either ok or wrong so I can correct it.
By the way, thanks for all of the help. I am truly greatful!!! |

Quedemos a las seis.
Juntemos a las seis. These are direct commands. To sound a bit more polite, frame it as a question in the present tense. ¿Quedamos a las seis? |

Juntémonos ...
Reunámonos ... "Vamos a juntar" and "juntemos" looks like piling something up.

Quote:
The verb "reunir" is a bit more formal. We can use it for a meeting at work, but we wouldn't do it usually if we were going to meet for a hunting day. Here, the verb "juntar" would sound a bit vulgar.
