Toastmasters

Does anyone have an idea how to translate the word "toastmasters"? I have searched several websites and books and I've come out empty handed.

The full text is below. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

The Toastmasters program provides opportunities for students to learn to:
·Determine the purpose of a speech
·Apply research skills learned in the classroom
·Use thinking and organizational skills
·Understand the importance of the audience
·Effectively use delivery in eye contact, diction, and voice control
·Understand importance of timing and practice to polish a presentation
Use poise and confidence in speaking to an audience

My opinion is that Toastmasters is the proper name of an organization and shouldn't be translated. If you want to add an explanation of what it's referring to, that would be acceptable, depending on the type of translation you're doing. El programa Toastmasters provee oportunidades para que los estudiantes aprendan a:

If you were to try to translate/explain the word, it could be "maestros del brindis" or something like that, but even that won't really be understood without further context/explanation.
