Hi, what sentence is correct?

Hi. I'm sorry but I need to know if one or both of the sentences are correct.

En conclusión, en mi lugar de ensueño tendría bibliotecas españolas.

Thanks.

I see. What I want to say in English is:
In conclusion, in my dream place would have Spanish libraries.

Which from the below would be the right one to use?

En conclusión, en mi lugar de ensueño tendría bibliotecas españolas.
En conclusión, en mi lugar de ensueño habría bibliotecas españolas.

Thanks.

Read carefully what Chileno translated and you will see what each sentence in Spanish is saying. Then you can see which one matches with what you want to say.
