3. --Should we go by bus to the plaza?
--No, you can walk there.

4. --Is the cinema between the museum and the theater?
--No, the cinema is next to the library.


What is the difference between el cine y el teatro? Do el cine have movies only and el teatro have acting and plays?

Your answers are all correct, except I don't like how street names are being used. If your textbook treats them the way you've shown, go with the textbook. If I had an English textbook, street names would NOT look like this:
I live on Elm street.
The library is on First avenue.

There is a mistake in the translation you gave for number 2.

A cinema only shows movies. The theatre is used for the other arts.

ok why don't you like how the street names are being used? are they supposed to be capitalized?

Of course, Elm Street (not Elm street) and First Avenue (not First avenue) are proper street names. So, your sentences should contain proper street names.

Also, if a hotel's proper name is Hotel Plaza, both words should be capitalized, ¿no?

yes of course it's Elm Street not Elm street and First Avenue not First avenue. I got it. Well, in the book only one of them is capitalized.
