Pronunciation of OVNI

Is the acronym OVNI - Objeto Volador No Identificado - said separately as Oh Veh Ene E or all together as a two-syllable word?

I only ask because the English acronym ASAP - As Soon As Possible - can be said either as the four letters spelled out individually or just plain "ASAP."

If the acronym can be put together as a word (that means with enough vowels among the consonants), it will be pronounced as a word.

Thanks, that's what I thought but did not know for sure.

Another English one is AWOL - Absent Without Official Leave - that can be said either way.

http://es.forvo.com/word/ovni/#es
