Do we say arrive at the village or in the village?
Arrive in the city or at the city? Without giving the name.
Arrive to a conclusion?

Collocations again. Arrive at is always correct, though some might admit arrive in the city to be ok.

Ask about definitions or translations for Spanish or English words.
