¿Me olvidé o me haya olvidado?

¿Me olvidé o me haya olvidado?

En esta frase: "no puede ser que me OLVIDÉ de nuevo donde lo dejé" y cuál es la diferencia "en el sentido o significado del contexto en uso con esta siguiente frase: "no puede ser que me HAYA OLVIDADO de nuevo donde lo dejé"
