Look here.
Right now, I can't think of an English idiom for what is explained in the linked thread.

The literal translation, adding a comma where the title omits it, is "Meeting of shepherds, dead sheep."

If the meaning is that there is going to be a meeting and people are going to get in trouble as a result, you might be able to use "heads are going to roll".

En concreto, las diversas opciones, como la de "reunión de un médico, paciente muerto"

Reunión de mayorales, borrega muerta.

Reunión de zorras, perdición de gallinas.

Junta de rabadanes, oveja muerta.

A junta de rabadanes, oveja muerta.

Reunión de pastores: ovejas perdidas.

Reunión de rabadanes, oveja muerta.

Creo que lo que aporta Tomisimo, "heads are going to roll", se acerca bastante al tema. Aunque el refrán español tiene un cierto sarcasmo e ironía que se pierde un poco...
