Cuál or Qué?

I agree with Rusty, I'd say:

¡Provecho!/¡Buen provecho! = Bon appetit/Enjoy your meal.
¡Qué aproveche! = Take advantage of it!/Make good use of it!

¡Provechito! = Enjoy your nice little meal! (with a slightly sarcastic tone) / Look what you guys are eating! etc (Provechito probably has many different meanings to many different people)
