Alguien sabe como se dice en inglés?

Se usa para decir que la gente ociosa a veces se las ingenia para hacer cosas que no debe, ya que el echo de no estar ocupado le da mucho tiempo para pensar, normalmente se usa para cuando alguien hace algo poco correcto. (negativo)
