Hola!
Que significa "que si" en esa sentencia: "Alegria, alegria hermanos, que si hoy nos queremos, es porque Resucito" Es como "porque si" ? Sospecho que si, pero puede un hablante Nativo confirmar? Esa frase es coloquial? Gracias

I suggest "Que si" means 'for if'. Si without the accent means 'if'.
"Alegria, alegria hermanos, que si hoy nos queremos, es porque Resucitó (el Señor)" Rejoice, rejoice brothers, for if today we love one another it is because our Lord is resurrected!

Both correct.
 for/because = porque sentence = oración (legal = sentencia)
