hola leí algo así..

quizás podamos salir las cuatro

Pienso que significa "maybe we can double date"

los cuatro = we four (the four of us)
maybe the four of us can go out

If context agrees, it could be understood that the purpose for going out was a date. If not, take the statement at face value: "Maybe we four can go out."

Maybe is just:" all four of us go out" men/women or any mix thereof. :-) Las =women Los = men or any mix
