Went looking for an equivalent and found variations of the saying.

El mundo está muy mal repartido.
Está muy mal repartido el mundo.
La vida está muy mal repartida.

Supposing they all mean the same thing, I would use the following expressions:

Life's not fair.
Life's unfair.
The world isn't fair.
