De la nada dar ganas practice

Thanks everyone, my grammar books don't cover the oddball stuff, which makes your assistance even more valuable.

The plant is so beautiful that I feel like growing more.
La planta es tan bonita que me dan ganas de cultivar más.

Out of the blue, she appeared in the open field.
De la nada, ella apareció en el campo abierto.

Just like that, he decided to drop out of school.
De la nada, él decidió abandonar los estudios.

For some reason, we felt like dancing.
De la nada, nos dieron ganas de bailar.

The feeling came over me from out of nowhere.
De la nada, me abrumó la sensación.

The rudeness of the boy makes me want to complain to his parents.
La grosería de el chico me da ganas de quejarme a sus padres.

To me all of the sentences look quite good.

My only comment is on:

It sounds odd, but not incorrect, so you can use the way it is.
Still, I'd propose a variation: "por alguna razón, nos dieron ganas de bailar".
It would be well understood it's an unknown reason.

This one is correct, however you can also say "Así como así, él decidió abandonar los estudios"

It is always a pleasure to help someone who starts by helping him/herself.
