Broken Spanish
Broken Spanish is not translated español roto. The problem is I don't know how to say it. Help anybody?

I've moved these two posts here because they deserve their own thread.
I've never personally heard chapurreo/chapucero in Mexican usage, but I don't doubt that it works. Here are also some other options: Él habla medio mocho* el español - He speaks broken Spanish. Dijo "xxx" en su español deficiente - He said "xxx" in his broken Spanish. No habla muy bien el español - He speaks broken Spanish. Trataba de decir, en español poco entendible, xxx - He tried to say, in broken Spanish, xxx. * Concerning the word mocho, I'm pretty sure that's slang used only in Mexico
