Forever his / hers

can anybody help me please? I'm looking for the translation for the phrases 'forever his' and 'forever hers'? I know the literal translations are 'para siempre su' and 'para siempre el suyo' but i'm pretty sure there are actual spanish phrases for them?

Thanks in advance!!!

para/por siempre su = forever your/his/hers

para/por siempre suyo/suya = forever yours
