Qué vs Cuáles son
Is there any difference between ‘Qué’ and ‘Cuáles’ in these two questions?
Which days and at what time do they train? • ¿Qué días y a qué hora se entrenan? • ¿Cuáles son los días que se entrenan y a qué hora se entrenan?

Ninguna, también podría decirse:
¿Cuáles días y a cuál hora (se) entrenan?  Sin embargo, no la inversa: ¿Qué  son los días que se entrenan y a qué hora se entrenan? Un saludo.

I mostly agree. However, a Mexican would ask "¿Qué días entrenan y a qué hora?" (Notice we lost the "son").
 For some kind of reason, I prefer "qué días" and "a qué hora"... they sound like collocations to me, but it may be a pure matter of personal preference.
