Es lo que quisieron decir en inglés "Katie will be letting her barriers to drop and will be taking root in the community and each time will be getting closer to Alex and his family."

¡Muchas gracias!

Hi everyone!

In the sentence which is above, What does the "irá dejando caer o irá echando raíces (I think the verb "irá" is used for all the tree verbs) o irá acercándose" mean ?
Can someone please explain me what they wanted to say in the sentence above?
Is "Katie will be letting her barriers to drop and will be taking root in the community and each time will be getting closer to Alex and his family." what they wanted to mean ?
Or is that structure something like "will be doing something" ?

Thank you!

we will be landing shortly = aterrizaremos en breve

No hay de qué.

Y era gerundio, no participio, me olvidé de aclarar.

Una ejemplo curioso de esta perífrasis que tiene un punto de contacto con "will be ...ing":

Me voy yendo = I'm leaving (in fact: I'm about to leave)
