Escarbar
The dictinary gives several meanings.
In the sense of give time to, I mean when sb from Spain or Italy or France speak English with a perfect accent and after five minutes they have an original accent fro wherever. For example, Habla inglés como un nativo durante los primero 5 minutos, pero en cuanto escarbas un poco, se le nota mucho el acento español. How do we translate escarbar aquí. |
