Bob asks for a loan from the bank. The bank lends money. Bob borrows the money. John - Can I borrow your bicycle? Sally - Yes. I'll lend it to you till tomorrow. ¿Está más claro ahora?

I don't understand what you mean but maybe something like: Los bancos me prestaron dos mil pesetas el año pasado y he usado todo el dinero para comprar billetes de lotería. And a little note: "peseta" is not a coin that circulates anymore in Spanish speaking countries. Spain uses Euros, many Latin American countries use "pesos" and Equatorial Guinea uses CFA Francs.

para comprar billetes de loto (in Latin America use boletos instead of billetes- billete mean bills as in dollar bills in the Americas. In Spain it is also used to mean ticket, but just in Spain nowhere else). Buena suerte.

Watch your spelling and stay concentrated... it's strange that you write mostly correct sentences with basic mistakes that shouldn't be there. Quote:
