I would say:
Llego alli tan rápido que puedo.---BUT...

This needs verification but if you use tan pronto como it should be followed by the subjunctive pueda. I remember this from textbooks when I was about 15 years old, so I'm not too sure of context in this case.

"...en cuanto pueda"
"...cuanto antes"
"...lo antes posible"

I agree with Angelica, also in Spain we can say too: Llegaré lo más pronto/rápido posible.
