A quien se le compró usted el carro?

Sometimes "se" is used not as a reflexive, but to reiterate the subject of the sentence. Is the following an example of such a use of "se"?

"A quien se le compró usted el carro?" (Who did you buy the car from?)

One may respond with: "Le compré el carro a Juan." (I bought the car from Juan.)
Can we also emphasize ourselves as the subject by saying the following?
"Me le compré el carro a Juan."

Either

"¿A quién le compró usted el carro?" (Who did you buy the car from?)

or

"¿A quien se le compró el carro?" (Who was the car bought from?)

Ok, based on aleCcowaN's answer, this must be example, then, of my wife's (grammatically) incorrect use of spanish! ... haha ... I sort of suspected as much, but wasn't sure. I couldn't figure out why she was using "se". In fact I asked her to repeat it so I could verify I was hearing it correctly .. And I asked her to explain why she said it like that, but she wasn't able to explain it, although she instisted that was the right way to say it.

That se in Castillian Spanish does not exist. Unless we substitute the noun coche ( Spain) carro ( Latin America) or vehículo.
A quién se lo compró?
