Preposicions
Quantas preposisions existen en català per a dire per exeimple, visc a Madrid, però visc en Espanya o a Espanya , COm es diu?
I si es tracta de un poble o una illa?

A i en.

"A" quan el nom del lloc està immediatament darrere del verb:

Visc a Espanya.
Viu a Menorca.
Viurem a Formentera.

"En" quan tens una partícula (un, algun, aquest, aquell) que separa el verb del sustantiu:

Viure en un país.
Visc en una illa.
Viu en aquell pis.

És "dir", no "dire". (encara que tinc dubtes si es diu "per a dir" o "per dir" ). A veure si ho trobo.

Un altre aspecte a esmenar aquí es el titol d'aquest 'fil'.

Em penso que es lo mateix que en anglès, castellà o italià,

preposition is different than proposition.
preposición es distinto de proposicion.
preposizione non e lo stesso que proposizione.

By the same token (de la mateixa manera, it/per lo stesso motivo/inoltre)

preposició no es lo mateix que proposició.

Encara que visc al Sud de California, els arrels son els arrels...

Temo que no tengo idea de cómo se diría, pero cuando el Catalán no es tan transparente, me hace muy feliz que exista el traductor online de Tomísimo.
