Doble - Gire - Dé vuelta

Doble a la izquierda.
Gire a la izquierda.
Dé vuelta a la izquierda.

Muchas formas de decir lo mismo.
Muchos modos de decir lo mismo.
Muchas maneras de decir lo mismo.

¿Cuál es la mejor, la más común?
¿Cuál es el mejor, el más común?

Us beginners could use a grade scale 1-5:
1 = Most common or only way to say it.
2 = Very common, you can't go wrong using it.
3 = OK but not the best way.
4 = Grammatically correct but not much used.
5 = Correct but perhaps only poetic, very local or for wordsmiths only.

Just a thought.

Como siempre gracias a todos. Bob

All of them are used and understood everywhere (I think), and their frequency of usage depends on the region and on the preferences of the individual speaker.
And all your sentences are good.

English has several ways to say the same thing so we don't get bored.

Take a left.
Go left.
Make a left.
Turn left.
Veer left.
Steer left.
Face left.

If you're on the water or in the air, there are others way to say 'turn left', depending on where you are in the craft.

Or in the case of a nervous backseat driver, "Cut! Cut left, cut left!"
