(Yo) Soy un (unnecessary) estudiante en (wrong preposition, and an article is needed prior to the intials that follow) UTNY. Mi universidad es en New York del norte (object belongs with the previous preposition ('en'), move the preposition here prior to 'New York').

(They are Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, math and freshman composition.)

Las lenguas (wrong word) de japonés y (need a preposition here) español son mis clases favoritas.
(Japanese and Spanish are my favorite classes.)

Mi comida favorita es sushi. Haga para (the preposition precedes the object - a conjugated verb is not expected) sushi, necesite (wrong conjugation) preparar el arroz, el vinagre, los algas (shouldn't be plural, wrong gender), la sal y los atunes (shouldn't be plural). Primero, ponga el arroz y el vinagre junto() (watch agreement - may want to use 'mix' instead of 'put'). Segundo, Ponga la sal en el arroz. Tercero, Combe (check spelling) los algas con el arroz y el vinagre. Cuatro, Ponga los atunes por encima de() (article needed) arroz. Quinto, Coma.
The places marked in green were discussed earlier. Ask questions if you don't understand why they are incorrect.
The things marked in red are in error. I've included some hints as to why.
