Great sentence. There are a couple of corrections to be made though:

No sabía se (I think this is not the word you were trying to use for "if") use (The verb must be in infinitive, because you have already a conjugated form with "sabía") el subuntivo porque he dicho "Lo que encuentro frustrante.." o no . (You don't need the subjunctive here, because you are making a statement on something that is by no means uncertain, and it isn't a negative sentence either.)
