Echar un responso a alguien

Echar un responso a alguien significa, decir algo a alguien, normalmente aburrido, por lo que no se presta mucha atención.

Sometimes a responso is not a reply, is just because they want to.

is it the same in English?

A responso is a prayer for the dead, but it has nothing to do with it.

En México decimos "sermonear" a alguien. Se usa mucho cuando los padres sueltan discursos de cómo los hijos tienen que vivir su vida.


@Robin: por favor evita postear varias veces seguidas. Si olvidaste decir algo, por favor edita tu último post, para evitar una larga lista de posts que dan la impresión de frases fragmentarias.
