Alternatives to "cuyo"

I have two questions for this thread.. first, what are some alternatives to cuyo? I've heard "de que" and "que" so far, but I'm just not sure on which is more suitable.

So if you want to say "My father, who is a professor, has a computer."

the "cuyo" translation would be "Mi padre, cuyo es un catedrático, tiene un ordenador"

but would you use "que" or "de que" to make it sound non archaic and nautral?

That would be wrong.

También "(de) quién" "el cual"

There are many ways to avoid "cuyo", but wording changes from case to case.

The restaurant, whose food is excelent, has a terrible service.

The teachers, whose duty is to be honest, accepted bribery to change students' marks.

Our father, whose example inspired us to work hard, will rest in peace in this mausoleum.
