Antes pensaba que la personalidad cambia cuando hablamos otros idiomas
pero ahora pienso que no. Es las circustáncias que cambian. Por ejemplo:
Hablo español, pero como cualquiera persona que mira a los foros se nota mi español en es perfecto. Sin embargo, hay latinoamericanos que miran como si fuera un niño prodigio. Me alaban diciendo "que bueno hablas" o" ¿de donde eres no hablas como un americano."
Es claro que hablo inglés mejor que español, pero nadie me complimenta en mi modo natural de hablar ingles. No soy ningun niño prodígio en los ojos de mis propios campatriotas aunque ellos tambien son capaz de decir "Oh, I wish I could speak Spanish like you". Por esa razón, el ambiente hispano es más agradable para y mi personalidad parece differente pero en realidad soy lo que soy y nada más.

Quizas un poco

Digo que sí es cierto que percibo de una manera un poco distinta si leo o converso en español o en ingés. No sé si se trata tanto de un cambio de personalidad como de la percepción. Si leo una traducción de una novela, no es lo mismo si la leo en el idioma original, y me afectan de otra manera emocionalmente.

Lo que dices es ciertamente la verdad. En mi caso el español me enriqueció mi vocabulario y conocimiento de la gramática. De repente me puse conciente de la historia de las palabras --cuales tienen origenes latines, alemanes,etc.

Gracias Sosia, El Danés y David y otros por si deciden felicitarme
en este dia tan monumental en mi vida.

Bueno, para mi depende lo que estoy haciendo. Si en el transcurso de mi día estoy interpretando algo muy serio me poso diferente a que si es algo de rutina.

Cuando se usan palabras que aunque sé interpretarlas no estoy muy segura del significado estoy más alerta o en guardia.

Disfruto el hablar más el español porque al hablarlo es como un requisito el usar las manos y hacer müecas y movimientos. Es más interesante y las expresiones son mas fuertes.

I think so. Even if it doesn't make sense, I feel more like myself when I speak English...This world is full of weird people...

Guys, In my case, I've changed in my life if I know English, well it'll be because still I don't know to speak the English, but I know that promt, I will can do it, I don't change only I know to read more things in English, I know things that another people doesn't know, I'm happy know a little of English, I'm happy with understanding you as you write and as you speak your native language, I need learn the English as faster as I can do it, I need know what say the people American or another contry where speak them English, now, daily I use widely the idiom with us, and I like write the language, but I continue being the same person of all my life, I believe that a person doesn't chages only because knows a language distintic to the native language known, I believe that if a person change only because knows a language that other person couldn't know, that person is bad in your way to think, at least I imagine it, but I know what the persons isn't so with the people that doesn't knows English or another language whenever you feel that you are diferent think, you are learning a language too, and you started of the same form, you without know nothing about a language wished.

En realidad no somos gente distinta cuando hablamos un otro idioma, pero
el estudio de idiomas nos cambia porque aprendemos.
