Does the verb "fontarer" exist?

Hola everyone!
I need a little help)

Do someone know what means the verb "fontarer"? I can't find it in the dictionary..

The sentence is: "Aparte de la ayuda, fontaremos el diálogo con los países en desarrollo".

No existe, que yo sepa.

Quizás la frase dice enfrentaremos o afrontaremos el diálogo...

I agree with pjt that it's "fomentaremos", from "fomentar"...

"Apart from the help, we'll promote the dialogue with developing countries".
