Estar condicionado por sus padres
He is conditioned by his parents

Are these translations fine?

Yes you can use the phrase.
My parents conditioned me a lot of for the things that I do.
They're conditioned me a lot of every time.

And well just you can use this word too.

They stated me for the I do sometimes.
My parents stated me for my attitude.

I believe that you want to give the sense of the attitude in the person, really I believe that your examples are correct for me.
Although you also can use the word attitude in the sentence.

Have a good day.
